Asset Management allows you to see and control all the main and auxiliary data you can think of about your assets as a hierarchical whole.

Major functions:

Device Specific Information:

  • Managing master data on asset definitions

  • Asset inquiry and examining its details (Ex: Brand, Model, Down Information etc.)

  • Create device-related work orders

  • Traceability of idle devices, listing of devices that will be idle on a certain date

  • Keeping the financial resource information of the device, recording the owner company, doctor information

  • It is possible to separately record information such as the service company of the device, the invoice number, the cost of stopping for one minute (tracking how much damage the downtimes cause), the installation date, the purchase date, the installation start date.

  • Facilitating the entry of new devices by making a copy of a registered device, allowing only the new device-specific information to be changed

  • Identifying medical devices and producing labels according to the UMDNS (Universal Medical Device Nomenclature System) coding system

Search Criteria:

  • Devices can be filtered and listed according to basic information such as device type, Department, Location, Brand, Model, UMDNS, Serial Number, HEK status.

  • Ability to filter according to the required basic information, add and remove during the configuration phase

  • In multi-hospital institutions, central users, that is, users who have the authority to view all hospitals, can filter by hospital, list and manage devices in all institutions centrally

  • Reviewing the device's history in order of events (Example: Asset recording, Asset update, Work order creation and closing, Calibration, Events about device-related contracts, Warranty expiration, etc.)

  • Listing all warnings given by the device (Defective, Maintenance Expired, Calibration Expired, etc.)

  • Inspecting the sub-equipment of the device or introducing sub-equipment to the device

  • Ability to review all work orders related to a device

  • Examining the business plans within the scope of the device

  • List device calibrations

  • Ability to review contracts and details about a device

  • Instant access to the graph of the device's uptime rate in the desired date range

  • Ability to list all stops of the device

  • Access, add, update device-specific files

  • Easy access to the files of the device model (user manual, procedure files, etc.)

  • One-stop access to files uploaded to the device's work orders
