Contract Management

It is the module where you can manage the contract information made with subcontractors. When a work order is opened on a device, it shows the contracted company information to the relevant user and directs the usage.

Major functions:

  • Ability to monitor whether the contracted firm complies with the performance criteria written in the contract (Intervention Time, Repair Time, Part Supply Time)

  • Ability to manage the details of contracts with companies and the devices covered by the contract

  • Graphical display of the total availability of the devices covered by the contract during the contract period

  • Ability to define various contract types. (Maintenance, Service, Insurance etc.)

  • Managing the information of contracted companies

  • Ability to manage the information of contacted personnel of contracted companies

  • Ability to manage the digital version of contract files
